Acupressure for eye fatigue

Acupressure is a technique that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to alleviate symptoms and promote relaxation. Acupressure delivered by Tee-MDi on the temples, eyebrows and around the eyeballs will help relieve eye fatigue and promote overall eye health.

The Tee-MDi targets and applies gentle pressure on the Third Eye Point which is located between the eyebrows where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead.

It also delivers a light force on the area above the eyebrows and adjacent to the temples. When combined with thermotherapy, considerable relief can be obtained.

Massage for eye fatigue

Massaging around the eye area with Tee-MDi can help alleviate eye fatigue and promote relaxation.
Muscles in this region can harbour trigger points which can be relaxed by the application of the vibratory massage from Tee-MDi.

Thermotherapy (Heat)

Heat therapy can be a helpful way to alleviate eye fatigue as it helps increase blood flow to the area and promotes relaxation.
The Tee-MDi is programmed to deliver up to 42 degrees Celsius to the skin from contact with the inner surface of the device.
