  • Twice a day when massaging trigger points is indicated. Heat application should accompany each massage session.

  • Start with the grey heads which are gentler. If you aren’t getting relief from them, change to the black head and analyse the outcome.

  • Temperature is set at 42 degrees Celsius so burning will not occur.

  • Lift off the massage head at the join of the silicone and the device.

    Select another head of your choice and place onto the attachment.
